What is our fee? Our standard fee is the first weeks rent (if we need to find a tenant) plus a management fee of 7.7% (GST inclusive) of the rent thereafter. Our multiple property discounts are as follows: 1 property 7.7% of gross rent received 2 properties 7.2% of gross rent received 3 properties 6.7% of gross rent received 4 properties 6.2% of gross rent received 5 or more properties 5.7% of gross rent received We also offer a number of once-off services for self managing clients, the fees for these services can be obtained from clicking the 'self managers' tab to the left of this screen.
