We offer a mobile property management service to better meet your needs. We work 7 days per week and can come to your place of work or home to sign any necessary paperwork. We prefer to fit in with your schedule and that of your tenants than only being available during office hours, which may be unsuitable for many professionals. This is just one of the services we provide that makes us unique.

Spotting a gap in the Canberra property rental market, we moved from interstate specifically to form Personal Property Services. We are the only property management specialists in Canberra.

* AVAILABLE - We work 7 days per week starting from 7am and can come to you. We answer telephone calls and emails promptly.

* FLEXIBLE – We can design a personalised program that meets your specific needs ranging from a single inspection through to a full property management service.

* AFFORDABLE – Our full management fee starts from just 5.7% (5 or more properties) and no administration fee.

Our Team

There are two staff members currently working for Personal Property Services. Both are Directors and therefore have a financial interest in the success of PPS and we offer a personalised, tailored approach to managing your property.

Kirsty, our Property Manager, is a Licensed Agent, has worked in Property management for nearly 15 years in South Australia and Queensland and has experience in all aspects of property management, sales, computer systems and business management.

Justine, our Business Manager has two degrees and has been involved in managing and developing small and large businesses. She has a number of years experience in finance and property development.
